We set aside personal documents and keepsakes before clearing. They stay aside until you decide what happens to them.
Are saleable items credited?
Yes. We assess furniture, art, antiques or complete estates before clearing. An agreed purchase is credited against the clearance cost and may reduce or fully offset it.
What does the acceptance guarantee mean?
We hand over swept clean. If the property manager raises an issue at handover, we fix it free of charge.
Does a request commit me to an order?
No. The request and inspection are free and non-binding. You decide after receiving the quote.
